Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to cp.bwpllp.com. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any subscription. Subscriptions are sold by BW Partners LLP.

1. No Refunds Policy

Because we provide digital software access that is delivered instantly upon payment, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods or unused virtual trading days.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard settings.

Upon cancellation, your premium tool access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

After the billing cycle ends, your subscription will not renew and your account will downgrade to a basic or restricted access tier.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical billing error (for example, being charged twice for the same subscription period), please contact our support team immediately at info@bwpllp.com.

We will investigate and issue a refund or credit for verified duplicate charges within 7–10 business days.

4. Delivery of Service

Crypto Payoff is a digital service. There is nothing to ship. Access to your paid plan is enabled on your account immediately after a successful payment, and is used online at cp.bwpllp.com.
