No real money or crypto. No real fiat money, actual digital assets or real cryptocurrencies are traded, exchanged, invested, deposited or withdrawn on this platform. All trading balances are completely simulated and hold zero real-world monetary value.

Not a broker or exchange. We are not a cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider, financial broker or custodian. We do not facilitate any live trading activities.

2. No Financial Advice

The information, tools, simulations and data displayed on cp.bwpllp.com are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment or legal advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of market data. Any strategy tested on this platform that results in simulated gains does not guarantee success in real-world trading markets. Real market trading involves substantial risk.

3. Subscription & Payments

Access to our premium simulation tools requires a paid subscription. All pricing plans are clearly listed on our website.

The term of your plan, and whether it renews automatically or must be renewed manually, is shown at checkout and in your account dashboard before you pay. Where a plan renews automatically, it continues at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You agree to provide accurate billing information. Failure to pay subscription fees will result in the suspension of account access.

4. User Conduct & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, disrupt or exploit any part of our web tools.

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or misuse our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BW Partners LLP and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss or damages you incur in real-world markets, even if those trades were based on strategies tested using our software tool.
